What happens if I decline or do NOT respond to the Estimate? |
Of course not everyone proceeds with the repair for a variety of reasons. If you decline the estimate then the laptop will be returned to you unrepaired for a cost of £ 25+VAT. Where an estimate for repair has been declined there may be a labour charge of £15+VAT. If however you do not respond to our request for the Approval of the Estimate and we are unable to either contact you by telephone or e mail then after a period of 90 days from the sending of the Estimate for Approval the laptop will become the property of Main Computer Services Limited and may either be sold or used for other purposes. |
